BLEISURE
a term used to define professionals who mix vacation — or leisure — time with business
Disaster Tourism
is the act of traveling to a disaster area as a matter of curiosity.
CULTURAL IMMERSION
is the act of surrounding yourself with the culture of a place. It might mean living with family and helping out on their farm, or simply sharing a meal with a local.
Wellness Tourism
Wellness tourism is travel for the purpose of promoting health and well-being through physical, psychological, or spiritual activities.
Culinary or Food Tourism
defined as the pursuit of unique and memorable eating and drinking experiences. By combining travel with these edible experiences, culinary tourism offers both locals and tourists alike an authentic taste of a place.
Sports Tourism
traveling from one region, country, state, etc. to another in order to watch a sports competition or game.
Adventure Tourism
may be defined as a leisure activity that takes place in an unusual, exotic, remote, or wilderness destination and tends to be associated with high levels of involvement and activity by the participants, most of it outdoors.

application of Information Technology (IT) or Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in the travel, tourism and hospitality industry.
