Must not have Arrhythmia

Benefit- discovering connection between sleep and athletic performance
Risk- possible lack of sleep or bruising from blood tests

I would enroll in this study because there is minimal-
risk for a well intentioned study.
Benifits are maximized and harms are minimized.
Athletes are interested in the study for their own benefit.
