• Moves in response to the pull of gravity
• Also called gravitropism

HELIOTROPISM

• Has a response to the sun
• Ex: Any tree that has direct sunlight

PHOTOTROPISM

• Responds to light
• Ex: Sunflowers

HYDROTROPISM

• The way the roots react to water
• Ex: a tree with roots (obviously)
