  • Comprimising begins
  • Mutual understanding of the situation
  • Increases efficiency
  • "Eye of the Storm" - can revert back to storming

Performing

  • Most efficient time for a group
  • Not every group hits performing
  • For OCH teams will perform at different times due to turn over

  • Occurs at the end of the task
  • Provides closure
  • Gives opportunity for recognition
  • Allows you to take inventory of learned skills
  • Essential for preparing for the next step
