Hannalee is a loving high spirited girl who works at a mill in her home town of Georgia during the Civil War. The war soon gets in her way and she is taken away from her family and town.Her life takes a quick turn and she finds herself pretending to be a boy,hiding from both sides of the army,and also in great danger!But Hannalee is determined to get back to her family and put the puzzle pieces of her life back together.
