TYPES OF POLYGONS

POLYGONS

• Polygon-any closed figure with 3 or more sides.
• Convex polygons-has no interior angles greater than 180.
• Not regular-all angles and sides are not equal.

PENTAGON

• A pentagon has 5 sides
• Sum of the interior angles = (N-2)180
• A pentagons angles add up to 540 degrees
