TYPES OF SENTENCES
- A declarative sentence makes a statement.
- An interrogative sentence asks a question.
- An imperative sentence makes a command or request.
- An exclamatory sentence expresses a strong feeling.
Be sure to go through every type of sentence out loud, so the children hear the types of sentences and read them.
