- Typhoid fever is an infection that causes
- diarrhea and a rash
WHAT ARE THE SYPMPTOMS
- Early symptoms includes fever
- General ill-feeling and
- Abdominal pain.
- Severe diarrhea occur as the flu gets worker.

HOW CAN YOU TELL IF YOU ARE SICK WITH TYPHOID
- High fever like 103 F or 39.5 C or higher
- You'd get rashes called "Red Spots"
- You'd get a lot of diarrhea
- Nosebleeds
- Severe fatigue

WHAT WERE THE CAUSES FOR THIS DISEAS?
- Typhoid fever is caused by a virulent bacterium
- called Salmonella typhi.
- Although they're related, S. typhi and the bacterium
- responsible for salmonellosis, another serious
- another serious intestinal infection, aren't the same.

WHAT WERE THE CURES FOR TYPHOID FEVER?
- It can be cured with antibiotics.
- If you live in the U.S. the chances of someone in
- your family getting typhoid fever are slim.
