WHAT IS IT?

  • Underage drinking is the consumption of alcohol by a minor (under the age of 18.) Underage drinking is a serious public health issue in Australia. Alcohol is the most widely used substance of abuse among Australias youth. Underage Drinking poses an enormous health and safety risk. Fact: One of the leading cause of teen suicide is alcohol abuse. CONSEQUENCE

  • consuming alcohol in a licensed and unlicensed premises: $2,200 fine.
  • ​Obtain, or attempt to obtain, alcohol for consumption on licensed premises ​$2,200
  • ​Refuse to give name and address or age when requested by an authorised person $2,200

My aim is...
To inform kids and parents about the dangers of underage drinking and to help Australias youth to become a healthy and happy youth. I also want to get the word out to everyone that alcohol is very dangerous if you miss use it. I wish that everyone can take something good from this presentation and that everyone has learned something along the way.
