1. Develop Project Charter
Project Charter = The document that formally authorizes a project.
It must include the initial requirements that meet the stakeholders' needs &expectations
2. Develop Project Mgmt Plan
When planning the Project Charter is guidance to making a detailed Project Plan.
Project Mgmt Plan = The document which defines how the project is to be executed, monitored &controlled, and closed. Usually portrayed in software

3. Direct &Manage Project Execution
Performing the work.
4. Monitor &Control Project Work
Track, Review, and Regulate the progress.
And make sure it all meets the objectives defined in our Project Plan
5. Perform Integrated Change Control
During execution, change requests arise.
This process is where we must review all these change requests, approve and manage them to reflect them to either:
- My project plan and expected deliverables
OR
- The organizational process assets
6. Close Project
