What will your project NOT tackle?

Scope Management ensures that your project includes ALL the work required and ONLY the work required, to complete it successfully

PRoject Scope Mgmt processes include:

  • Collect Requirements
  • Define Scope
  • Create WBS
  • Verify Scope
  • Control Scope

Define, then Document all stakeholders' needs.
