SYMPTOMS

  • Pain in the back
  • Pain the the hip
  • Pain in joints
  • Pain in the neck
  • Pain in bones
  • Can be unnoticeable in some cases

DIAGNOSES AND TREATMENT

  • Diagnoses include, an X-ray. An X-ray is usually used as a final diagnosis. A blood test. A blood test can measure the level of chemical called serum alkaline phosphatase. Bone scan. A bone scan will show if there are tiny holes in your bones.
  • Treatment involves medications that reduces the break down of bones.
  • Medications you can take are Dietary supplement, Bone health, and Analgesic

WHO GETS THE DISEASE

  • The disease is most common in elderly people.
  • It is also common in people with European decent.
  • Men are more likely to get it than women
