  • Studies of sleep have shown that the body has a clock. When you are exposed to light your mind doesn’t think it’s night and doesn’t produce melatonin

  • Studies have shown that blue light effects you body twice as much than any other light
  • Changes in sleep patterns can change your body’s natural clock. Know as circadian rhythm, which is he body clock. If you went to bed at 9:00 and woke up at 6:00 your body sets a natural timer, If the next night you go to bed at 11:00 and got up at 5:00 this can cause your body clock out of wack which takes 6 weeks to reset

HOW NOT GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP CAN EFFECT YOU

  • It may cause a grumpy person and depression And the lack of sleep may cause sickness and failure of bone growth.
  • It can give you an increase chance of heart disease and you can gain weight

SOLUTION

  • You could read before you go to bed, you can buy blue light blocking glasses finaly you can set a timer to turn off your devices an hour to 30 min before you go to bed
