Vanderbilt uses a holistic admissions process in which all parts of a student's application are considered — they do not employ cutoffs for standardized testing or grade point averages. Instead, they look for students who have demonstrated strong academic skills and intellectual curiosity, and who have engaged in activities outside the classroom that have nurtured their growth as leaders.

-To get this scholarship,you must be a high school senior or current-year GED recipient, you must enroll in a Redstone degree program, and have a 3.0 grade average. A personal essay helps your chances.
- If you get this essay, you recieve $2,500 toward their Redstone tuition.
3.Wal-Mart Foundation/Sam Walton Community Scholarship
-This scholarship is based on financial need, academic merit, and school or community work activities.
-If you get awarded this scholarship, you get $3000.
