PRESENTATION OUTLINE
It was heading towards the planet Venus. On February 27, 1966, the spacecraft passed Venus at a distance of 24,000 km.
Unfortunately, The spacecraft system had ceased to operate before the planet was reached and returned no data. So it was unsuccessful.
It was sent from the Soviet Union in search for pictures of Venus.
