• A verb is an action, linking, or helping word.
• A verb comes after the subject in the sentence.
• A linking verb helps complete the sentence.
• A helping verb is a noun.

WHAT IS A PAST TENSE VERB?

• Past tense verbs usually have an ed at the end.
• A past tense verb already happened

WHAT IS A PRESENT TENSE VERB?

• A present tense verb is happening at that exact moment.
• A present tense verb usually ends in ing or es.

WHAT IS A FUTURE TENSE VERB?

• Future tense verbs usually start with will and end with an action verb
• A future tense verb will happen
