GUN LAWS IN VERMONT

• Concealed or open carry is legal without a permit
• Possession of a firearm over the age of 16 is legal
• The only restriction is that a firearm may not be Carried on school grounds

CONCEALED CARRY

• It is only legal without a permit in 12 states
• This means without a permit you may carry you firearm in your person anywhere except school grounds as long as you are over the age of 16

In general states are different parts of the country with different demographics and therefore should have different laws to suit the needs of their people. I think it is a good idea to have different laws from state to state
