POST-OP CARE

• Instruments should be cleaned right after surgery
• If unable to clean right away atleast put a dump towel above the tools

MANUAL WASHING

• Fill sink/tub with warm distilled water with neutral ph detergent (proper dilution/mixing)
• Use nylon/stainless steel brush

ULTRASONIC CLEANING

• 15 times better than manual cleaning

DRYING

• Rinsing and drying with towel
• All in open position

LUBRICATION

• Spray or wipe with neutral pH lubricant
• Used,cleaned and sterilized
• Never use petroleum based
• Milk = 30 second dip. No rinsing
• Spray = no rinsing
