More and more brands are trying out Vine and Instagram video — like, for example, Airbnb’s recent “Hollywood & Vine” crowdsourced Vine film campaign, and the Instagram-only trailer for the Steve Jobs movie.

The trend is unlikely to sputter out any time soon. So brands would do well to study these 15 interesting stats about mobile video, how people are using Vine and Instagram, and what kinds of results people are seeing with these different mobile video platforms:

Two-thirds of the world’s mobile data traffic will be video by 2017. (Neomobile)

Mobile makes up more than 25 percent of YouTube’s global watch time. (YouTube)

Five tweets per second contain a Vine link. (7th Chamber)

1. Sound is most crucial for videos so you want a microphone

2. Lighting is important

3. Video Camera (preferably a HD Video Cam) but the latest Android phones and iPhone 5s will do a fantastic job as well

4. Tripod

5. Editing software. MAC/ PC, preferably on a desktop computer. You can edit in iPad and do some video editing on iPhone and android but with limited functionality.

6. Green screen to get more professional

Well you've learned the basics and are ready to do some real estate videos.

Learning outcomes from today's workshop.

1. Have content ideas to create videos and provide value to potential buyer and selling clients

2. Setup YouTube channel and be able to upload Videos to YouTube and add Title, Description, Location, Date, Syndication to Google+, Facebook and Twitter.

3. Setup Google+ Profile

4. Plan of action to start video creation

On Wednesday we will

For Video Shoot

1. Write a paragraph on what type of video you want to do. 30s to 60s when you present it.

Here are some last minute ideas to get you started.

a. Demonstrate your value to a potential customer by describing a positive experience you had with a client

b. Your 6S Elevator pitch... ok 30 Seconds. Why you? (Think how it benefits the clients)

c. Some interesting survey, study, stats

d. Information on your niche... i.e. condos, neighborhood, etc.

e. Any public service, government savings, new schools, etc.

f. Neighborhood video... types of homes, price range and schools

G. Selling strategies in today's Sellers's market

I. How-to's for buyers... credit, mortgage, inspection, guide on choosing an agent, always accentuate the positive

J. Questions your clients ask... answer them

Makes all the difference.
Stick to a Schedule

• Create content like a professional and not as a hobbyist... good content isn't easy, takes time and you are in it for the long haul.

• Post new content at least twice a month and even better once a week.

• Promote it to sites when people will see it.

• Best time to post on Facebook is noon. In the morning before work. Late afternoon. Right after work. Saturday is your best bet on the weekend.

• Set time out to brain storm ideas and curate content. Schedule them in the month. Then begin working on it.

• Creating content is a lot easier when you know what you are looking for.

3. What to expect during an offer presentation

4. What's the average prices of semi's, towns, detached, in the community you farm. Middlefield.
