  • Silver, spices, wine, jewelry, glass, pottery, etc.
  • Honey, iron, tin, meat, wool, wood, fur, leather, fish, and walrus ivory
  • They liked pretty much anything shiny, valuable, fancy, or anything that seemed exotic

WHEN

WHERE
Everywhere. They sailed the ocean mainly in hopes of finding more goods and/or people to trade with.

WHY WOULD ANY CULTURE?

In closing, Vikings weren't these cruel, ruthless monsters they were portrayed as. They were more interested in trading than they were in raiding.
