+ The three most practiced religions were Christianity, Islam, and Hinduism.

+Europe was the center of where Christianity was practiced 100 years ago.

+Islam is the second largest religion in the world in the past.

+ Hinduism is the world's oldest religion. It was the third largest religion.

+The United States has the largest population for Christianity. Today 247 million people practice Christianity in the United States. After the United States is Brazil and Mexico. China also has 67 million people who practice Christianity today.

+2.2 billion people are Christians.

+This makes up 1/3 of the world's current population of 7 billion.

+Islam is the second largest religion practiced today. It has 1.6 billion followers
around the world. This is a little under 1/4 of the population in 2010 of 6.9 billion people.

+Religiously unaffiliated current followers is 1.1 billion people. That is 16% of the world's population.

+ Increase in the number of people in a state or territory.

+Economy- There are many people who currently do not have a job. The declining state of our worlds economy is the increasing population. There are many people that compete for jobs everyday.

+Education- Population growth for education is determined by gender. The education for women could be the number one factor to lower the increasing population. The more women who are educated usually have a lower birth rate, better health rates, and higher infant survival rates.

+Environment- In todays world, everyone is competing for economic and resources such as jobs. As well as natural resources that include oil, and coal.

+ In 1950 the population was around 3 billion people. the population continued to increase by 1.8% each year.

+ By 1963 the increase in population growth went up to 2.2%.

+ Later in 2012 the growth had declined to raising only 1.1% a year, which is the current percentage of growth today.
