THey recognized that most of their california based consumers participated in extreme sports, and loved the outdoors.

using this as a search term, they were able to pinpoint potential patrons.

wahoo used social media to find social gatherings, then sponsored and handed out samples in order to get their name recognizable

they even found a cool spokesperson to connect with the viewers

wahoo fans still follow rockdamullet on twitter, and famous bands and athletes promote the brand as well.
