then just brush your hair and teeth

always have some type of set of clothes set for you when you are late in the morning

there is no really survival tip but it is to always pack your backpack at night

rushing to eat is not good but eating simple in the morning is way better than rushing so yogurt, a smoothie or a granola bar

Making a sandwich the night before is great but to persevere it is to put two baking sheets between each bread

Materials are paper a marker and a magnet

Write down the things that you would need to bring like lunch, keys, homework, etc.
