Wally was an innovator (ways to turn ideas into good or services that people want) because he made delicious cookies that people wanted and demanded. People often skipped telling him "Hello" and just asked "Where are my cookies?"

He also was a risk taker (takes risk to get business started) Because he gave up his job as a manager and launched his cookie business from support of friends and bakers.

Wally was a spark plug ( what it takes to turn ideas into reality) because before he got his business started he passed out cookies to get his product out and in demand to people.

Wally was also a strategist (supplies the vision and makes key decisions) because he spent a lot of time and effort in perfecting his cookie to make it highly demanded.

His ambition on making his cookie the next big thing was a key factor in Wally's success in as an entrepreneur.

Wally is very self confident because he took the risk of going broke to launch his Amos cookie business.
