WANT VS NEEDS

INTRODUCTION

• Here I will be telling you the differences of our wants and needs to a child in an undeveloped country.
• Undeveloped countries are very different to the conditions we live in so we should be aware of the differences.

WHAT ARE WANTS/NEEDS?

• Wants:
• Something you can live without but you think you really need.
• Need: Something that is vital for living. That you extremely need and if you did not have you could possibly die.

WHY ARE OUR WANTS AND NEEDS DIFFERENT?

• Our wants and needs are different because we live in very in a very different environment. Somewhere in the world there would be a kid hiding from the wars close to him while we might be watching tv calmly.
• It may also be the people surrounding them. Their family may have always been poor and that child would be working after school to earn money for his/her family.

CONCLUSION

• So, the needs/wants of a kid in a undeveloped country are obviously quite different! We should be aware that our needs are more important than our wants as they are vital for living! Also none of my relatives or poor in Sri Lanka so I really don't know how poor people struggle in daily uses. So possibly the next time you see the newest video game you could think do I really need that?
