Salt Water:heals wounds but harmful to drink.
Regular Water:healthy,drinkable,but doesn't heal wounds.

CAN WE DRINK TOO MUCH WATER?
We are often told to drink 8 cups of water per day to be healthy.
This could be fake though because there's no evidence to support it.
Although water cools down body temperature,gives energy,flushes out waist.
We still don't know if we can overdose on it.

WATER INTOXICATION
Our lungs consume water at a certain rate.
If we consume at a fast rate it effects our concentration.
The lung has no more space & it sends water to a brain cell.
Don't want go too much into detail so let's just say it effects our brain by a process.
Should you be worried?Not likely because it doesn't do something medically bad.

CONCLUSIONS
Only drink if your thirsty because it's the best indicator.
Drink at a normal rate.
Don't be dehydrated or really hydrated.
