  • To perform metabolic process

  • Your proteins(chicken,beef, pork) all need water to survive
  • Fruits and Vegetables(plants) need water to grow

  • When it is a hot day out(might lead to dehydration)
  • After exercise- to replenish oxygen in your blood
  • When you wake up- to get internal organs working
  • Before a meal to help digestion
