Waddell Endeavor Agency (WEA) is a Charlotte based entertainment and media agency. WEA has two divisions. WEA has a talent division solely dedicated to serving as agent to performing artists. WEA's corporate division is dedicated to serving as agent and consultant to businesses in need of our services.

Joel Verdad
Donovan Joel Long, whose stage name is Joel Verdad is a rising hip-hop artist. Born to a family that's no stranger to the industry, Joel's father, Terry Long helped to organize one of the most popular concert tours in the 90's with promotion legend Al Haymon. Joel's is also the cousin of one of North Carolina's most notable hip-hop and Warner Bros signee, Deniro Farrar.

Joel put his college education on hold to pursue his love for music and bring hip-hop back to its roots. Joel has made a name for himself in Charlotte, NC. Joel has performed along side many notable acts, such as Deniro Farrar, Lil Chucky of Young Money, and many more.
