Waddell Endeavor Agency (WEA) is a Charlotte based entertainment and media agency. WEA has two divisions. WEA has a talent division solely dedicated to serving as agent to performing artists. WEA's corporate division is dedicated to serving as agent and consultant to businesses in need of our services.

JL
Jerry, who goes by the nickname JL is a record producer, songwriter and R&B artist. JL experienced success at a young age as a concert pianist, performing a major venues like Carnegie Hall. JL joined a band, signed their first deal and relased their debut album in 2009. After going solo, JL signed to Sony Music Entertainment in 2014. JL's performance style has been compared to the likes of John Legend.
