Leadership Excellence Philosophy Statement
A collaborative leader: understands, values, and acts on the importance of working with others toward a common objective through the sharing of ideas and distribution of responsibilities across members.
Taking it a step further, a true leader recognizes the value of each opportunity. Each moment might be the future answer to a difficult problem or contain a hidden solution. Through the recognition of a person’s value, a collaborative leader can recognize what each person brings to the team and willingly embraces their humanity by capitalizing on their strengths.
