• John Smith was not only an English explorer, he was also a mapmaker,soldier,a trader,and an author.
• Unfortunately he died on June 21,1631

• The history of religion in Virginia started with people having Anglican beliefs. Anglican is a type of Christianity
• By 1624 law mandated white Virginians to worship God in the Anglican church AKA the Church of England.
