Find advice and new information about welding. The welding industry and metalworking industry in general have day-to-day operations which can be tweaked and made more efficient... joss To cool down a welding machine: tekstovi

Give it a brake: don’t push the machine too hard. Weld in shorter bursts and let it rest in between to cool off. spray

Let it breathe: make sure there is a good airflow around the machine. Do not move it to a corner of a room or against a wall.. colorino

Often clean: Dust and debris can clog the vents and fans, making it overheat. Give it a quick clean regularly to keep the air flowing. jflo

Use a fan/ventilateur: If it’s really heating , move a regular fan nearby to help move the hot air away. joss

Don’t Overdo It: Stay within the recommended settings for the machine. Pushing it too hard with high amperage can make it overheat faster. cnjflo

Check for issues: If still overheats, there might be an issue with the fans or internal components. It’s worth checking or having someone look at the machine for welding. colorino

Also, it might be wise to be alert of the current. mamice
