Wellness is being aware of my mental, physical and emotional states. Wellness is also knowing how to keep my mental, physical and emotional needs met.

WHAT CONTRIBUTES TO MY OVERALL WELLNESS

  • Environment
  • Positive relationships and the encouragement of living a healthy lifestyle from the people in those relationships
  • Diet and exercise (lifestyle)
  • Mood
  • Continuance of learning and trying new things
  • Sleep

WHAT INTERFERES WITH MY OVERALL WELLNESS

  • Bad health decisions (ie. Not seeing a doctor regularly, not eating properly, limited exercise, etc.)
  • Being around people with unhealthy lifestyles (people who drink, smoke, do drugs, etc.)
  • Irregular amounts of sleep
  • Bad/negative environment
  • STRESS!!!

Relationships and UnWellness

  • UnWellness = bad mood
  • Which leads to bad decisions and behaviour
  • Which often leads to disagreements
  • Which means upset people
  • Which can sometimes end up in relationships being destroyed

RELATIONSHIPS AND WELLNESS

  • Good wellness = good mood
  • Which leads to good behaviour and thought out decisions
  • Which leads to happy people (often lets new relationships be built)
  • Which can develop relationships further and make them stronger
  • Which can end in MORE HAPPINESS

How to maintain wellness;
Have a regular sleep schedule, Eat healthy, Exercise regularly, Make good decisions, See a doctor regularly, Surround yourself with supportive non-pressuring people, Try to stay positive and optimistic
