Michelle began her career in International Marketing at Microsoft, then as proprietor of her own business running Executive-level excursions in the Seattle area. She has been with CB Bain since 2005, first as a real estate broker, then as a participant in the Management Training Program from 2011. She began working at CBB-Mercer Island in 2014 as the Assistant Principal Managing Broker. Michelle offers a hands-on approach to assisting brokers build their business; enjoys training both newer and experienced brokers in best practices and crafting exceptional contracts; and believes advocacy is the key to representing clients at the highest level.
