Untitled Slide

  • We don’t have anyone else that understands true law firm marketing, branding, strategy. I’m absolutely confident I’m the best person for this in the PNW

Untitled Slide

  • This market is constantly changing, and COVID has pushed the fast forward button on that notion. We need to stay ahead of that curve

Untitled Slide

  • I provide constant digital lead funnels, balancing the “old school face-to-face networking,” with the future of law firm business

Untitled Slide

  • Handshakes are a thing from the past; securing reputation has a new strategy. 93% of consumers now make their decisions online

Untitled Slide

  • My network is vast & I’m an expert schmoozer! For the remaining 7% of consumer choice folks. Haha

What has worked well?

What hasn’t worked well?

Untitled Slide

  • I truly do love our village - wonderful humans. Brilliant, smart, strong litigators. However, when it comes to “marketing the future of our brand,” we MUST FIND FRESH (YOUNG) ASSOCIATE BLOOD *in Portland. Our team has that “semi-retired” vibe and isn’t willing to engage or show up. The hustle with this team VS our competitors is night and day. We need “finders,” associates willing to shake hands and hit the streets with me. And they MUST BE ATTORNEYS. The attorneys who will answer the questions, take the call, answer the email…

Untitled Slide

  • Not having a true HOA team has made things seemingly impossible for that practice

Untitled Slide

  • Eggs in the Sayles basket was rough. TON of wasted effort and more egg on my face, and the firm’s brand with 40 sincere introductions. Bend market was ours for the taking as an example

Untitled Slide

  • Elle bites off more than she can chew on a constant basis – resulting in balls being dropped on a weekly basis. She’s more interested in proving herself and climbing a ladder VS quality of work/product. *Happy to share examples

What do we need to make this machine work better?

Untitled Slide

  • We need fresh, young, eager (hustlers/finders) associates
  • Elle needs to slow down and focus on quality over quantity
