A Guide is not your decision maker. I will advise you but at the end of the day I will remind you "your business your decision." A guide does not run your business. I won't spend 40 hours every week sitting in your office calling your clients. I will show discuss a variety of strategies ad coach your execution. A guide doesn't find solutions to every problem. I will help you find solutions and we will work together but I won't find every solution you need. A guide doesn't do all your office work. I will do some office work as part of freeing you up to work in your area of talent but I am not a full time administrative assistant. A Guide won't force you to do anything. I will make decisions I will help you think critically and plan but I can't force you to do anything.
There is more that a guide won't do but you have an idea. A guide is a professional hired to make your business a success.
