Click the register now to join.

You can register with a valid email address or Sign in with a social media Account.

The public account lets you create up to 3 free Haiku Decks.

Click the "+" Icon to create a new deck

This button will launch your new deck. A deck is where your presentation can be created and edited.

Choose your fonts/themes

To get started on your deck, choose a font/theme. It can be changed at any time.

The Fonts/themes tabs in the boxes at the top of your screen will change the way your text looks within the deck. You can change the font/theme at any time during your editing process.

Select a slide type by clicking the 6 choices presented under the select slide type header. This will determine how your text appears on your slide.

Here is a quick overview of all the tabs that I found to be handy.

You can create new slides or reorder the slides at the bottom by moving the images to the left or right.

Choosing a layout for each slide will change where the text is located within that slide.

remember to add slide notes
Remember to add your long details here in the notes so that your slides maintain a clean look and do not get to wordy.

The Add Notes section looks like a folded piece of paper and can be individually edited for each slide.

use a solid color

You may not want to have pictures on every slide. Keep it simple but colorful by adding a solid color...or choose to leave it white.

click the painters paletTE Icon

The Solid Color Selector Can be Found here. Click the Icon that resembles a Painters Palette and then browse through the colors. Select one that fits your need for the slide.

want to add a photo?

Use the search bar to add a photo

Simply type a word or a phrase into the search bar under the *picture icon and it pulls up images to select from. You can preview each photo in your slide by just clicking on it to find one that you like.

Or upload a photo from your personal device/social media

If you would like to add a personal photo, simply click the My photos button and it takes you to this screen where you choose your pic and Haiku Deck puts the image in the slide for you.

Haiku Deck offers three types of charts you can add to your presentation. The options are Bar Chart, Pie Chart or Stat Chart

How to add a video

Haiku Deck Pro subscribers can now search for and insert YouTube videos in their presentations. Pro also offers advanced features like the ability to download decks for offline viewing, the ability to set privacy, and more!

To avoid paying for this but still include audio, you can add the links to your videos here.

The Add a video option is available to those who update to a paid Haiku Deck Subscription.

To get around that you could add a website link to your notes.
