  • Don't do drugs,tabaco,and a
  • Be active and exercise.
  • And except people's strength and weaknesses.

  • Eat healthy and balanced foods to stay fit and healthy.
  • Be active and exercise for at least 3 days in a week.
  • And take care of your body and don't get hurt or think first before you do it.

  • If you have good mental health you can
  • Handle stress effectively and solve problems.
  • Openness to new ideas and new ways of doing things.
  • And the ability to adjust to change.

EMOTIONAL HEALTH

  • Express emotions in healthy ways.
  • Deal with sadness 😪 and ask for help if they need to.
  • Accept both their strengths and weaknesses.
  • The ability to handle stress effectively and to solve problems.
  • Openness to new ideas and new ways of doing things.
  • The ability to adjust and change.

SOCIAL HEALTH

  • Are you considerate of other people
  • Do you show respect to other people
  • Are you dependable
  • Do you support your friends when they make good choices
  • Do you share your feelings with others
