THE DEFINITION OF HEALTH IN THE BOOK IS :

THE RELATIONSHIP OF YOUR BODY AND MIND AND YOUR RELATIONSHIPS.

Eating Healthy

Eating healthy means that you need to eat vegetables,protein and a few carbs. You need to limit the amount of sugar you eat.

I try to eat healthy food like fruit and vegetables.

If I began to exercise I would start with doing some push-ups,jogging and lifting weights.

WHAT WE ARE GOING TO BE TALKING ABOUT IN CLASS

In class I think we are going to learn about how the human body works, what foods are good for you to eat and exercise. We are going to Learn this because it is important to live healthy so you don't get sick.

In class I would like to learn about diseases of the body and exercising because I want to keep myself healthy and live a long time.

My thoughts about this class is that I will learn interesting ways everything in the body works.

I think this class will help me learn about exercises that will keep my body and mind strong.
