create a data-driven system that will identify early reading challenges of students in a region utilizing our existing data warehouse structure that encompasses seven ISDs in the West Michigan area;
develop a learning resource library of best practice instruction and intervention strategies that have been identified from extensive field study by the Reading Now Network; and
make these resources, including both student learning resources and teacher professional development, available through the existing online Edify learning management system in support of students’ individual reading development plans.
