Working as a prep cook everything must be in order for things to run smoothly. So the first thing that grinds my gears is when the cabbage is left in the storage outside and is frozen solid therefore hard to cut the next morning!
Second, It really grinds my gears when I show up to work the correct time and the boss has yet to arrive leaving me to have to sit and wait in my car in sub zero temperatures!
Third, It really grinds my gears when they allow for the drain to clog up causing the floor to flood forcing me to slowly drain the water at times impeding my getting home process!
Fourth, it grinds my gears even more when I forget to wash the knife when switching from cutting chicken to beef. I know how some people's religion doesn't allow that. (So that's a gear that sort of grind my self.)
Ninth, it really grinds my gears when I leave my headphones at home and I'm forced to listen to ancient sounding Asian music!! (It's a Chinese restaurant)
Tenth, and finally, what grinds my gears the most is when the chicken (which I cut the most out of everything) is too frozen which causes it to do damage to the meat cutting machine!!
