GOVERNMENT
In order for societies to thrive, they need a good government to keep them under control, and to help support them. Also a good government will help with poverty.

All societies need this because it gives them what everybody needs to survive in this economy: money.

PEOPLE
Without people there wouldn't be a society. People need people to live because people depend on other people.

SANITARY FACILITIES
Whether it comes to a bathroom or a place to eat people need to be sanitary to prevent diseases and sicknesses from spreading.

LOW POVERTY
Typically with a higher poverty level, the more crime there is. With more crime there is usually more deaths and, well, people need people.

HEALTH CARE
It can be actual health care or doctors, either way people need to stay healthy because if everybody was sick the society would fall apart due to lack of healthy people to take care of things.
