Smoking raises your blood pressure, your heart rate, and tightens your blood vessels. 💉 This makes your blood stickier and decreases your body temperature. This in all can result in having less oxygen getting into your blood and also reduced flow of blood. This leads to heart attacks, cancer, and stroke. 👎
