We learned about the narrative writing diamond which helped us write narratives

The first paragraph of it was the entertaining beginning. It would hook the reader to keep him/her reading!

Next is the elaborative detail. It tells about the setting and character of the story.

Now we're on to the suspense. This sentence is optional but good to use. It is the anticipation that leads up to the main event.

Now is the most important part, the main event. This is the whole part that tells all the action, in slow motion. Without this the story would fall apart.

Now is the solution of conflict or end of adventure. This is the part of the story where everything gets wrapped up.

Last of all is the extended ending. This is where the main character tells his feelings and thoughts.

I know this was boring so here is a complementary kitty!
