I predict that the ice water will cool the soda the fastest because when ice and water meet something warmer than itself, it cools quicker than if the ice and water hadn't touched it at all.

The more heat the liquid loses, the more kinetic energy its molecules lose, the less or slower they move, and the closer they get. Sooner or later, they get so close they just lock together in crystals; then the liquid turns into a solid.
