After we turn 18 we still have massive brain changes occurring, some of which may define us.

SOME CHANGES THAT HAPPEN ARE:

• Regulation of risk and reward.
• Long term decision making.
• Regulation of emotions.

So when we treat a teen like a mature adult and give them rights such as driving, drinking or voting, accidents may happen.

Most teens and people into their mid twenties are 50% more likely to do something stupid while facing peer pressure.

Kids become adults when they are fully mature, this occurs to most around 25 but it is different for everyone.
