We all assume that our first "real job" will be the launching pad for a great life full of success and accolades

For the first few years we think everyone is standing in our way.

After a time, we figure out how the game is played and turn the dials for ourselves. We realize we're playing the game and convince ourselves that we're "winning"

There is a time when we are at the top of our game and it's at that point where it becomes clear.

While we are hitting on all cylinders we make a decision, get better at "the game" or to stop playing by the existing rules.

It's a confusing time while you sort out what your future looks like.

If you are tired of "the game", you start to see another path open up.

It's been there all along, but you see it clearly now.

The new path seems so obvious, but it looks empty compared to the well worn path you just stepped off.

The way you are thinking about things seems bigger than it did a year ago. You may even feel alone.

You're not.

As you allow yourself to be seen, people will allow you to also see them.y and

You will see yourself as part of a community that you never noticed before. You will start to relax, enjoy and get into the flow that you always seemed to be fighting before.

Your targets become people. You ache to connect with people on a personal level.

You want to help them see your new way and the peace it has brought you. Only a few will hear the message.

Nothing discourages you, you will change the world one person at a time.

When you connect, it's real. It's not manipulative. There's no longer any reason to hide or lie.

Your only desire is to share.
