Because of the war in Sudan, there have been more than 5 million people who are displaced

The Taliban started counter migration against refugees that had left and were coming back

These are people who are unable to return home or are dislocated

The number of refugees and internally displaced persons in other geographic realms is much smaller
Only columbia in the Western Hemisphere has a serious internally displaced person problem (2-3 million)
This is caused by the country's cronic instability associated with its struggle against narcotics
Those who abandon their familiar surroundings because of unlivable conditions perform on act of desperation
The Earth's refugees and internally displaced person populations are a barometer of the world's future
