  • Some energy drinks will give you a sugar crash.
  • Monster keeps you awake more than Amp.
  • Redbull and Five Hour Energy give sugar crashes.

  • Will it keep me up or give me a sugar crash?
  • What are its effects on my body?

CONCLUSION

  • Most energy drinks do give sugar crashes
  • The only one that doesn't and is good for you and your body is green tea
  • Most energy drinks contain a lot of sugar, causing you to burnout and want more
  • Stick to natural caffeine from teas and coffee
  • Limit your intake and don't overdo it!
