I had to show leadership during softball this week when a new foreign exchange student joined softball and didn't know anything about it.

Teacher- You have to teach the class and you take charge and help new students and old ones when they need it.

That I was a kind, hardworking, trustworthy kind of person. Also, that I was nice, caring, and respectful. And lastly, that I was smart.
